Rates

In-Person or Online:

• 80-minute EMDR / Counselling: $240 – $285

• 50-minute Counselling (offered by select practitioners): $165

Consultation (Online or Phone):

• 30-minute New Client Consultation: FREE

All new clients are required to schedule an online or phone consultation to determine if EMDR and/or counselling is suitable for their needs and to ensure a good fit with their therapist. ​​

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.  Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for the counselling services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).

We'd recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include counselling services?

• Do I have a deductible?  If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have?  If so, what is the limit?

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment as well as interac e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
